Sandbourne is one of thirteen properties, each expertly converted from original farm buildings, located in the village of Frampton, five miles north-west of the County town of Dorchester.

ACCOMMODATION:-

The lounge area is carpeted throughout and comfortably furnished with a sofa and armchairs. It has a colour TV and a mini hi-fi system including a CD/cassette player and FM radio. There are plenty of books, magazines and games.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge-freezer and all the crockery, pans and utensils you are likely to need during your stay.

The dining area has a table and six chairs. Cutlery, tumblers and wine glasses are all provided.

Bedroom 1 has a comfortable double bed and views from the window of the Dorset countryside.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds and a large window overlooking the courtyard and gardens.

Bedroom 3 has full sized bunk beds. A Velux window in the roof allows you to watch the stars before going to sleep!

The newly refurbished bathroom has a bath, electric shower, basin, lavatory and heated towel rail. The walls and floor are fully tiled.

A Utility Room houses a washing machine and drier.

A cot is available
if required.

Parking is provided in a designated space.

Dogs are not accepted.

Changeover day is Friday.
