the quiet hamlet of Winterbourne Steepleton.

A public house and petrol station with a shop are approximately one mile
away in Winterbourne
Abbas.

The front door leads
through a porch into
the Lounge and Dining
Room which are fully
carpeted & comfortably furnished. A Digital TV,
video recorder, DVD &
CD player are provided.

A cupboard beneath the stairs houses a washing machine and drier.

French doors in the Lounge give access to the enclosed private rear garden.
A barbecue is provided.

The kitchen is fitted with
a gas hob & fan oven,
'fridge, microwave oven
& dishwasher. All utensils, crockery & cutlery are provided.

An electric boiler provides central heating throughout the cottage.

UPSTAIRS:-

There are two bedrooms;
a double bedded room and
a twin bedded room both with fitted wardrobes.

Both bedrooms are fully
carpeted.

The family bathroom has
a lavatory, wash-basin & bath with shower.

Bed linen and towels for
each guest are included. Beach towels are not provided.

Dedicated parking is
provided in the lane
opposite the cottage.

One dog is accepted
per booking.

Short breaks are not accepted at Mill Pond
Cottage.

Changeover day is Friday.
